  1. Wear the proper footwear

Most of us are raring to go out in our sandals and flip-flops, but are they the right fit? Wearing the right shoes is essential because it will keep your feet healthy and comfortable. Wear shoes that let your feet breathe and provide ample support during the summer is crucial. While sandals and flip-flops are great options, make sure they provide enough arch support to avoid foot pain – and that they fit well. On the other hand, when you opt for closed-toe shoes, choose ones that are made of breathable materials (like mesh or canvas) to help your feet stay cool and sweat-free.

We all know that sweaty feet can easily become a breeding ground for fungus and bacteria, which can lead to unpleasant odors, infections, and even fungal nail problems.
