Cell signalling is used by every cell of every living thing to maintain normal life. Warren has invented tablets and patches which successfully mimic this communication. The Idea

About 1984 Warren was astonished to find that despite all of the advances in medical treatment the numbers in care homes kept increasing. The statistics showed that on average each person in the UK would have eight years of infirmity from chronic conditions, or ten per cent of life. Many would suffer for much longer. It seemed unlikely there would ever be enough resources to provide everybody with a decent quality of life for the whole of life. Human beings had evolved to be the most successful mammals on the planet, so something must have gone wrong with our civilisation. The idea was to find out what had gone wrong, so that instead of joining the demand for more medical resources, we could instead eliminate some of the chronic conditions such as arthritis, hypertension, asthma and diabetes.

The Problems

At an early stage Warren developed a method of signalling to the body, using microcurrents against arthritis. He thought he had success but was told by expert clinicians that the method would never be adopted. It was clear that this was just a lucky break and a much more intensive and longer study of the aetiology, the causes of the chronic conditions, would be needed. It took nearly twenty years.

The Solution

The solution was found in the study of the historical background to chronic conditions, evolution and the original migration of populations to the temperate zones of the world. Chronic conditions were mainly found in temperate zones. It was important to discard many of the built in assumptions of current medical science. The dictums of Sherlock Holmes, the writings of Dr de Bono and, of course, Darwin were key to discovery.

The Success

Entirely safe substances can be packed into tablets or patches in a way that gives a signal to the body to reinstate normal balanced health, or homeostasis. The products have no side effects. The first product is the ActivSignal anti-hypertension tablet which is now moving towards clinical trials. The Equiwinner.com patch uses the same technology to stop the hypertension which causes lung bleeding (EIPH) in nearly all racehorses. This is the only treatment for this condition and Equiwinner is now used by vets and distributed worldwide.
